1. Data administrator

2. What data do we process?
- contact and booking form: name and surname, e-mail address, selected service, date and message content;
- quote calculator: email address, brand, model and selected services; the data is used to send a one-time quote and is not saved by the quote endpoint in the database;
- newsletter: e-mail address, double opt-in status, date of request and confirmation, consent version, abbreviated IP address and abbreviated browser information;
- technical data: IP address, request headers and information necessary to protect forms, limit abuse and diagnose errors.
3. Purposes and basis for processing
- handling of inquiries, reservations or quotes as well as activities before concluding a contract - Art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR;
- protection of the website, email and forms against spam, fraud and abuse - legitimate interest of the administrator, Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR;
- newsletter sending after double opt-in confirmation - consent, art. 6 section 1 letter a GDPR;
- optional statistics and loading a Google map - consent expressed in privacy settings, art. 6 section 1 letter a GDPR.
4. Data recipients
Data may be entrusted to the hosting provider, SMTP mail and technical support to the extent necessary for the operation of the website. Google may receive technical data when using reCAPTCHA and, with appropriate consent, also when loading Google Tag Manager or Google Maps.
5. Transfer of data outside the EEA
Google services may involve the processing of data outside the European Economic Area. In such a case, the supplier should apply appropriate legal mechanisms, in particular an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Details are described in the privacy policy of a given provider.
6. Storage period
- inquiry and reservation data - for the time of handling the case, and then for the period necessary for settlements, defense against claims or fulfillment of legal obligations;
- newsletter data - to withdraw consent; information needed to document consent or resignation may be stored for the period required to defend against claims;
- technical anti-spam counters - short-term, according to the given limit window;
- server logs - according to the retention period configured with your hosting provider.
7. Newsletter and withdrawal of consent
Subscription requires clicking a confirmation link valid for 24 hours. Each future newsletter message should contain an individual unsubscribe link. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of previous processing.
8. Your rights
- access to data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing;
- data movement when applicable;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdrawal of consent at any time;
- complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
9. Voluntary provision of data
Providing data is voluntary, but the lack of data required in the form will make it impossible to process the inquiry, send a quote or subscribe to the newsletter.

11. Changes and contact
