Engine Service

We specialize in VAG group engines - from 1.0 TSI, through 2.0 TDI CR, to 3.0 V6 TDI. We replace timing belts, regenerate turbochargers, calibrate throttles and perform adaptations after repairs. We use original INA/Mahle parts or substitutes and oils with the VW 504.00/507.00 standard.

The scope of the service includes:

• Replacing engine oil and filters
• Replacing timing (belt/chain, tensioners, rollers, water pump)
• Replacing spark plugs/glow plugs
• Replacing gaskets (valve cover, oil pan, head)
• Adjusting valve clearances
• Cleaning injectors and intake system
• Replacing the V-belt/multi-grooved belt
• Replacing the fuel pump, water pump
• Replacing the thermostat
• Diagnostics and repair of the cooling system
• Diagnostics and repair of the fuel supply system
• Replacement of the air, fuel and cabin filter
• Replacement of shaft seals, axle shafts
• Repair and replacement of the turbocharger
• Replacing the alternator, starter
